Dan has been serving the residents of New York City for over 20 years and has more than 25,000 hours experience of one-on-one instruction. He has an exclusive clientele and designs work-outs specific to their needs and goals. His clients range in age from 7 to 93 years old. Work-outs are usually a combination of stretching, strength, core and cardiovascular training. No resolutions here, only goals! Dan will train you in the privacy of your own apartment or building gym.
